Explore Turkistan’s historic centre and the legacy of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi. Shymkent adds city life and local food. The connection between them leaves time for regional culture beyond the main sights.

Turkistan benefits from a guide: the Yasawi Mausoleum and its surroundings gain meaning through regional history. Shymkent adds markets, food and a livelier city rhythm. Together they form an unhurried southern Kazakhstan journey. We allow proper time for the road and religious-site visits.
